Tom van der Horst has extensive experience in service management and system engineering, having held positions such as Senior Service Manager and Service Manager at Vancis B.V. and IT Services Nederland B.V., respectively. Tom also served as a Commission Member for Social Affairs in the Municipality of Stein and participated as a member of the Joint Participation Council at Kindante. Earlier in Tom's career, a role as Senior System Engineer was undertaken at Unilogic B.V. Educationally, Tom holds a Bachelor of ICT from Hogeschool E3 ICT (HINFON), completed from 2009 to 2010, and attended Floris Eversschool from 1973 to 1979.
