Jean Bjorum has extensive experience in communication and customer service across various roles. Currently serving as a Phone Concierge at Vance Thompson Vision since September 2021, responsibilities include managing calls, building patient profiles, and participating in educational meetings. Prior experience includes positions as a Member Associate at Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union and as a Sales professional at Macy's, where Jean received the Macy's Academy Award for Outstanding Sales, Customer Service, and Clientele. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Arts in Speech Communication from Augustana University and The University of South Dakota, respectively. Teaching positions held at Augustana College and the University of Missouri included instructing courses in Speech Communication and English, alongside coaching in forensic contests.
