Brian Frick has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Brian began their career as a Loan Officer at Valley Bank in 1995 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they served as a Controller at Northwest Concrete Cutting Corp. Brian then joined Elite Electric Inc as a Controller from 2006 to 2008. Brian then transitioned to Sanford Health, where they served as a Financial Analyst from 2008 to 2013. Finally, they joined Vance Thompson Vision as the Finance Director in 2012, a position that they still hold.

From 1994 to 1998, Brian Frick attended the University of South Dakota, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance.
