Joseph Pizzurro is the Northeast Regional Manager at VHB, where they currently serve as Senior Vice President. They have extensive experience in the engineering and transit sectors, previously holding the position of Associate Vice President at AECOM from 1998 to 2010, and serving as Director of Transit/Rail Engineering at T.Y. Lin International for a brief period in 2010-2011. They also worked as Senior Vice President at HNTB from 2011 to 2017. Joseph began their career as a Design Engineer at SYSTRA from 1995 to 1998. Joseph earned their degree from SUNY at Buffalo between 1991 and 1995.
