David Senus currently serves as the Director of Planning and Design at Portland Foreside Development Company, a position held since January 2019. Prior to this role, David worked at Woodard & Curran from October 2001 to December 2018, where responsibilities included Project Manager, Geographic Resource Manager, and Team Leader within the Civil Service Line, focusing on sustainable development, water resource protection, and infrastructure enhancement for both public and private sector projects. David holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clarkson University.
