Megan Hamelink serves as the Coördinator TB Academy at Van Tilburg-Bastianen Auto since April 2022, focusing on employee learning and development as a crucial element of business operations. Previously, Megan undertook various management trainee roles within the company, including business development, HR, and sales, accumulating practical skills in automotive sales, marketing, and employer branding initiatives. Prior experience includes an online marketing traineeship at MvH Media and roles in customer service in hospitality and sports at Decathlon Nederland, among others. Megan holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Hotel Management from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
