Wouter de Wildt is an accomplished Project Manager specializing in Offshore Wind at Van Oord, where responsibilities include analyzing future market trends and developing innovative assets to meet client needs. With a strong background in engineering, Wouter has held several key positions within the company, including Lead R&D for FOU & WTG Installation and member of the Strategy Team Offshore Wind. Achievements include leading the design and implementation of the Tremie pipe for offshore installations and receiving the Marine Ingenuity Award in 2015. Wouter began their career with internships at Boskalis and has served as a First Division National Level Badminton Player. Wouter holds a Master’s degree in Offshore and Dredging Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universiteit Delft.
