Dana Stotsky is a Senior Counsel at Van Ness Feldman LLP since September 2018, with prior experience as Senior Counsel at Hunsucker Goodstein PC from February 2017 to September 2018, and as a Partner at JACOBS STOTSKY PLLC from May 2014 to February 2017. Dana also served as a Senior Enforcement Attorney at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency from February 1987 to March 2014, focusing on the administrative enforcement of air, toxics, and pesticide regulations while advising government litigators nationally. Dana holds a JD with a Certificate in Environmental and Natural Resource Law from the University of Oregon School of Law and a B.A. in Biology and Environmental Studies from Whitman College.
