Christina Albert has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Christina began their career as an HR Coordinator/Intern at Heinz in 2000. Christina then worked as a Benefits Coordinator at Banner & Witcoff from 2001 to 2003. Following that, they served as a Benefits Assistant at Williams & Connolly LLP from 2003 to 2006. Albert then worked as a Benefits Specialist at Bingham McCutchen for a year before joining Van Ness Feldman LLP in 2007. At Van Ness Feldman LLP, they held several positions including HR Generalist, Human Resources Manager, Senior Human Resources Manager, and currently serves as the Director of Human Resources. Christina'stenure at Van Ness Feldman LLP began in September 2007 and they have been in their current role since August 2016.

Christina Albert, PHR, holds a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resource Management from Robert Morris University, attending from 1998 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, Christina has obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in June 2011 and the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in December 2015.
