Renée van der Stoep currently serves as a Support Officer in Client Administration at Van Lanschot Kempen since October 2024. Prior to this role, Renée worked at VCN Verzekeringen as a Schadebehandelaar Inkomen, managing damage claims and supporting intermediaries in sickness absence insurance while also developing work processes and assisting with audits. Renée's experience at NBG Hypotheken included roles as a Financial Planner, Contact Center & Customer Service Team Leader, and Customer Service Coordinator, focusing on mortgage reports, customer service management, and the establishment of a new customer service department. Earlier positions include Intercedent and Junior Intercedent at Globen Personeel, and a Promostudent role at Fontys Hogescholen, along with an internship at the Fontys Lectoraat Dynamische Talentinterventies, conducting research on talent identification in career coaching. Renée holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and completed a minor in Youth and Family Generalist.
