Joan McChesney is an experienced real estate professional with a career spanning from 1994 to the present. Currently serving as a Real Estate Broker at Van Dorm Realty, Inc. since January 2020, Joan has previously held similar broker positions at ReMax Country and spent over 15 years as the Owner and Designated Broker of Scott-Phillips Realty L.L.C., managing all aspects of real estate and financial transactions. Earlier in the career, Joan took on leadership roles in property and community management, including Assistant Executive Director at Sierra Pointe Retirement and Manager at both Summit Park and Ariel Glen Apartments. Joan's foundational experience includes managing student housing at Regent University, contributing to policy development for residents and staff. Joan holds an educational background from Regent University.
