Emil Driesenaar has extensive experience in IT risk and security management, currently serving as the IT Risk and Security Manager at Van Ameyde Systems since September 2021. Prior to this role, Emil held the position of Senior IT Risk & Security Consultant at NIBC Bank from December 2019 to September 2021. With a long tenure at METRO/MAKRO Cash and Carry from May 2003 to November 2019, Emil took on various roles including Information Security Officer, IT Service Manager, and Regional Information Security Manager, as well as Supply Chain Specialist. Earlier career experiences include consulting roles at Getronics Consulting and Jurjen de Vries Management & Efficiency. Emil holds a Master’s degree in Technical Business Administration from the University of Twente and has furthered education with multiple certifications, including CRISC from ISACA in 2020.
