Tyler Collins currently serves as the District Manager at Sun Auto Tire & Service since January 2024. Previously, Tyler held various roles at Valvoline Inc. since June 2010, progressing from Service Center Manager to Area Manager - Area Manager II. In the role of Area Manager, Tyler oversees approximately 150 employees across multiple Automotive Retail Service Centers in the DFW Metroplex, managing P&L operational ownership of roughly $8MM and leading proof of concept locations. Tyler is recognized as a process innovator and change management expert, with a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusivity, and serves as a talent management strategist and DEI council member.
