Samuel Raudales is a Chief Growth Officer at Valvoline Global Operations, where Samuel has held various leadership positions since joining Valvoline Inc. in 2014. Prior to that, Samuel gained experience at ExxonMobil in various roles. Samuel holds an Executive Leadership Development degree from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, a Global Network for Advanced Management degree from Yale School of Management, and an MBA from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey. Samuel also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Universidad Anáhuac.
