Jérôme JALLON is an experienced leader in operational management, with a focus on the agro-food industry. Currently serving as a transition manager at VALUMEN, Jérôme oversees a production site that specializes in vegetation-based mulching fabric. Previous roles include site manager at NIM Europe, where Jérôme managed a 70-person industrial charcuterie facility, as well as executive positions at SAS CHAVANNE, SALMON'EST FRANCE, ELQUIN - GUYADER, and JEAN BRIENT, each involving factory direction. Jérôme holds a Master’s degree in Administration and Business Management from IGR-IAE Rennes and a specialized diploma in agro-food industry processes from Aix-Marseille University.
