Juha-Matti Alve serves as the Managing Director at ValueSource Partners Oy since September 2009, where responsibilities include coaching and accelerating change to enhance clients' business performance and operational efficiency, and collaborating closely with executives and operational resources. Previously, Juha-Matti held the position of CEO at Lumenoa Oy from July 2014 to February 2016, focusing on the production and sales of innovative and market-leading energy-efficient LED lighting solutions. Earlier experience as a senior manager at Nokia Oyj from 1997 to 2009 involved leading projects and driving organizational change on a global scale. Juha-Matti holds an MBA from Swansea University and a BSc in engineering from the Turku Institute of Technology.
