Ankush Kalbandhe is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in ServiceNow and incident management. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at MassMutual India, Ankush focuses on ServiceNow Discovery since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ankush worked at Accenture as a ServiceNow admin, where expertise in ITSM and ITOM modules was demonstrated, alongside skills in creating and managing various data structures within ServiceNow.
