Greg Scott currently serves as the Managed Services Lead at ValueCentrix since December 2024. Prior experience includes key roles at ITS Partners as Practice Director and Practice Architect focusing on Managed Services, ITSM, CSM, and FSM from March 2023 to December 2024. At Acorio, from November 2017 to February 2023, Greg functioned as Associate Director and Delivery Manager, overseeing a team of 15 developers and managing client services with a high renewal rate. Previous positions include Solutions Consultant at Linium and ServiceNow Consultant at Contender Solutions, where Greg developed expertise in ServiceNow implementations. Earlier experience at Elster involved managing IT Service Management applications and ITIL processes. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from North Carolina State University.
