Maxwell Krohn currently serves as an Associate at Valor Equity Partners since April 2021, where prior roles included Senior Portfolio Analyst and Analyst. Before joining Valor Equity Partners, Maxwell Krohn was a Senior Consultant in the M&A division at Deloitte from September 2018 to April 2021, contributing to significant deal experiences including a $9 billion post-merger integration for a defense contractor, a $9 billion carve-out and operational separation for a semiconductor company, and a $13 billion pre-merger integration for an oil and natural gas company. Maxwell Krohn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame, graduating in May 2018.
