Josh Ferrell is an experienced mechanic with a strong background in compressor maintenance and fleet operations. Beginning their career at Faulkner County Road Department from 2007 to 2012, Ferrell worked on various equipment including dump trucks and pickups. From 2012 to 2013, Ferrell served as a roustabout at Kodiak Gas Services, LLC, before transitioning to Southwestern Energy where responsibilities included SWD operations and fleet maintenance. In December 2016, Ferrell shifted focus to compressor mechanics, ultimately continuing this role at Flywheel Energy, LLC since December 2018. Additionally, Ferrell operates a mechanics service under Ferrell Equipment and Diesel Service from October 2012 onward. Educational qualifications include a high school diploma with a focus on mechanics from Greenbrier, completed between 1999 and 2002.
