Jessica Ibarra is a proficient professional in human rights with extensive experience in project planning and implementation. Currently serving as Líder para LATAM en DDHH at Valora since November 2022, Jessica Ibarra focuses on consulting projects related to human rights and resource mobilization. Previously, at GeoPark, Jessica Ibarra developed and implemented the company's human rights policy and conducted risk assessments. With roles at Ecopetrol, Defensoría del Pueblo Colombia, and the Agencia Colombiana para la Reintegración, Jessica Ibarra has contributed to the protection and assistance of conflict victims, the reintegration of ex-combatants, and the establishment of human rights frameworks. Jessica Ibarra holds a Magister degree in Defense of Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law from Universidad Santo Tomás.
