Truc Doan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and leadership in the finance and education sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at Valon since September 2022, Truc previously held various leadership roles at Rocket Mortgage, including Team Leader for multiple closing teams and a Triple Crown Partner Closing Specialist. Truc's career also includes experience as a Special Event Coordinator for the Million Dollar Teacher Project, strategic development work, and roles at Chandler/Gilbert Community College as a Student Ambassador. Truc holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Arizona State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Chandler/Gilbert Community College.
