Wayne Shum is a seasoned professional in property valuation and analysis, currently serving as a Senior Research Analyst at Valocity Global since January 2021. Previously, Wayne held multiple senior roles at Quotable Value Ltd from January 2006 to December 2020, including Senior Consultant, Registered Valuer, Rating Manager for the Northern region, and Regional Revaluation Manager.
