Tania Rahman is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Valnet since May 2023. Prior to this role, Tania worked at DAVIDsTEA from July 2019 to May 2023 as a Human Resources Advisor, where responsibilities included coaching leadership on employee issues and fostering relationships with business unit managers. Tania also held the position of Talent Acquisition Advisor at Aerotek from March 2017 to April 2019, specializing in full-cycle recruitment. Earlier in the career, Tania gained retail experience as a Sales Advisor at Aveda. Tania holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from McGill University School of Continuing Studies and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from McGill University, alongside a Cegep Diploma in Social Sciences from Marianopolis College.
