Paula Bandy, CPSM, has a comprehensive background in supply chain, procurement, and materials management, currently serving as the North America Supply Chain & Materials Management Key User for the LEAP ERP Implementation at Valmet since May 2008. Prior roles at Valmet include Procurement Manager and Sourcing and Category Manager, where oversight of various procurement activities and direct team management occurred. Before Valmet, Paula held buyer positions at Metso Paper USA and CST Industries, Inc., focusing on purchasing and optimizing processes within manufacturing environments. Earlier experience includes purchasing responsibilities at Henkel and a customer service role at Northern Illinois University. Paula holds a B.S. in Marketing from Northern Illinois University and an A.S. in Business from Kishwaukee College, alongside ongoing education at IMD.
