Marko Liukkonen is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in sourcing and management within the technology and energy sectors. Currently serving as an IT Sourcing Manager at Valmet since May 2020, Marko previously held various roles at Vapo Oy, including ICT Sourcing Manager, Business Relationship Manager in Energy, and ICT System Specialist. Marko's career began at Metso, where positions included Service Delivery Manager and Manager of Telecommunication Services. Marko's expertise also includes early experience as a Development Engineer at Valmet. Marko holds a Master's degree in Information Technology (Telecommunication) from the University of Jyväskylä and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (Programming) from Jyväskylä Institute of Technology.
