Karl Lee is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the paper and board consumables industry. Currently serving as Business Leader at Valmet since 2018, Karl oversees the integration of a new business acquisition and leads a team of 60 in the US and Sweden, focusing on enhancing solution offerings through new manufacturing capabilities. Previously, Karl held the position of Senior Manager for the Paper & Board Consumables unit, managing a 15-member team supporting various product categories. Karl's tenure at Valmet began as a Product Manager, where proactive measures revitalized a declining product line, and earlier, as a Regional Sales representative, significant revenue growth was achieved in the Southeast United States. Prior experience includes product development roles at Celleco Hedemora, contributing to the introduction of key cleaner models in the North American market. Karl holds a degree in Biology from St. Olaf College.
