Brett Elliott has extensive experience in the food and materials industry, currently serving as a Special Project Manager at Darling Ingredients since 2022, where responsibilities include enhancing throughput across various divisions through travel. Previously, Brett has held multiple roles at Valley Proteins, Inc. since 1997, including General Manager, overseeing operations and budgeting; Plant Operations Manager, managing production equipment; Safety Manager, leading safety initiatives; Shift Supervisor, directing daily operations; and Finished Goods Manager, handling scheduling and inventory. Brett's career began at BCH Materials as a Plant Supervisor from 1994 to 1996, and Brett also served in the US Army from 1982 to 1994 in various capacities, including service during Operations Desert Storm.
