Teri Collins has over 40 years of experience in the transit industry, currently serving as a Program Supervisor at Valley Metro RPTA since 1976. In this role, Teri Collins oversees contract compliance, event coordination, scheduling, and facilitates large special events. Teri Collins manages transit operations to ensure contractors provide safe, reliable transportation while adhering to FTA regulations and ADA compliance. Prior to the current position, Teri Collins held the title of Retired Operations Supervisor at Valley Metro from July 1999 to September 2016 and worked in scheduling positions at Phoenix Transit from November 1976 to July 1999, supervising a team of 20. Teri Collins holds a BA in Education from the National College of Education, obtained between 1968 and 1972.
