Dave Hyink has extensive experience in fleet and facilities management, currently serving as Program Supervisor Fleet and Facilities at Valley Metro RPTA since 1999. In this role, Dave manages a 22-acre facility, produces bus specifications, and develops preventive and predictive maintenance plans, while overseeing maintenance at four contract sites. Prior to this, Dave held the position of Program Supervisor, managing maintenance oversight regionally and specifically at the East Valley Mesa Transit Facility. Dave's earlier roles include Maintenance Manager at the City of Sioux Falls from June 1996 to November 1999 and Shop Foreman in Faribault County Blue Earth, Minnesota, from December 1982 to June 1996.
