Peter has over 25 years of experience of working in the public sector. He spent 18 years in the Army as an infantry officer and then moved to the NHS in 2005, initially as a divisional operations director within London Ambulance Service. From there he spent time within the regional tier of the NHS before taking up a post within local commissioning organisations in Hampshire. He is currently director of system delivery for NHS Southampton City Clinical Commissioning Group.
