Cassie Winfrey is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in mental health and operations management. Currently serving as the Regional Director of Operations at Health Connect America since January 2023, Cassie previously held the position of Therapeutic Day Treatment Clinician at Valley Community Services Board since November 2015, focusing on at-risk youth. Additionally, Cassie has worked as an Intensive In-Home Clinician at Compass Counseling Services of Virginia since May 2015, providing essential support to children and adolescents. Prior roles include Transitional Living Case Manager at RDP, Enterprises, LLC, where Cassie assisted young adults transitioning from foster care, and a background in law enforcement as a Communications Officer and Dispatcher.
