Jeffrey Kwarsick, PhD has a diverse work experience in various scientific and research roles.

Jeffrey also has research experience at the University of California, Berkeley, Goldman School of Public Policy as a Research Assistant from January 2016 to September 2017. Prior to their doctorate, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with Honors in Chemistry at Michigan State University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to their degrees, Jeffrey has pursued further certifications and specialized training. Jeffrey completed a Fellowship from Pragmatic Institute in May 2021. Jeffrey also obtained various course certificates from Coursera, including Deep Learning, Sequence Models, Convolution Neural Networks, Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Machine Learning, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, and Structuring Machine Learning Projects. These certificates were acquired between November 2020 and January 2021. Furthermore, they expanded their knowledge in the field of Public Policy and Nuclear Threats through a program at the University of California San Diego in June 2015. Jeffrey also gained expertise in Nuclear Safeguards through a program conducted by the Nuclear Science and Security Consortium and Los Alamos National Lab in August 2014.
