Ryan Chia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, project management, and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Associate at Validus since December 2021, Ryan oversees settlement operations, ensuring compliance and effective transaction processing while guiding both onshore and offshore teams. Previous roles include Senior Operations Executive at Validus, Programme Executive and Admin & Logistics Executive at Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery, and Project Manager at Cypress Labs Pte Ltd.
