Kim Wilson has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Verification Specialist at Validity Screening Solutions from May to August 2019. They then worked as a Research Specialist at the same company from August 2019 to February 2021. From February 2021 to July 2022, Kim held the position of Client Relations Manager at Validity Screening Solutions, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, resolving service issues, and presenting service enhancements. Currently, Kim is serving as the Director - Client Experience at Validity Screening Solutions, which involves enhancing existing accounts and securing account relationships. Prior to their roles at Validity Screening Solutions, Kim worked as an Accounting Specialist at Pittsburg State University from May 2008 to February 2019, where they audited vendor invoices, travel expenditures, and annual 1099 IRS reporting.

Kim Wilson obtained a High School Diploma from Pittsburg High School in an unknown year prior to 1993. Kim then went on to attend Fort Scott Community College from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management. In terms of additional certifications, Kim Wilson obtained the FCRA Basic Certification from PBSA in March 2021, followed by the FCRA Advance Certification in April 2021. Kim also obtained the Criminal Researcher Provider Certification from PBSA in December 2019.
