Cathy Newby has extensive experience in client relations, research, and authorship. Currently serving as a Client Relations Manager at Validity Screening Solutions since May 2017, Cathy has also held roles as an International Specialist, Research Specialist, and Verification Specialist, focusing on implementing verification processes and providing quality customer service. Additionally, Cathy is an accomplished author, having published seven full-length novels, one novella, and three anthologies while managing budgets and social media marketing for Creative Online Publishing and self-publishing ventures. Previous experience includes serving as a Rural Carrier Associate at the United States Postal Service and owning Miss Cathy's Daycare, where Cathy ensured quality childcare and managed finances. Earlier career highlights include a position in quality control at Miller's Professional Imaging. Cathy holds a Business Management certificate from Fort Scott Community College.
