Tarja Salonen currently serves as Managing Director at Avustajasi Validia Oy and Business Director at Validia, roles assumed in September and October 2022 respectively. Previously, Tarja held the position of Chief Sales Officer at FCG Finnish Consulting Group from January 2021 to August 2022, where the focus was on well-being initiatives. Tarja has extensive experience in board roles, including Chairman and Member of the Board for several health-related companies and serving as 1st Vice-President of the Municipal Board in Nurmijärvi from January 2009 to August 2021. An educational background in Industrial Engineering and Management from Tampere University of Technology complements the professional experience.
