Cary Lee Hanes has extensive work experience in project management and technical writing. Starting in 1993, they worked as a Technical Writer for American Management Systems until 1996. In 2000, they were a Technical Writer for Freddie Mac before becoming a Freelance Reporter for the Washington Times. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Senior Technical Writer for Ernst and Young Technology (EYT). In 2009, Hanes joined Array Information Technology, Inc as a Project Manager/Senior Analyst and also worked as a Reporter for Patch.com. From 2016 to 2019, they were a Project Manager at Armedia. Currently, they are a Project Manager at ValidaTek, Inc starting from October 2019.
Cary Lee Hanes completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Emory & Henry College. Later, they pursued further education at George Mason University, where they earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Professional Writing and Editing.
