Natalie Niers is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operational and supply chain management. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Delivery & Customer Success at Validaide since 2019, Natalie also holds a board position with the Cool Chain Association. Previous roles include Director of Supply Chain at Bier&cO and Head of Global Planning & Operations at TravelBird. Natalie's tenure at Nike spanned a decade, where roles included Football WC14 Demand Planning Director and EMEA Retail Supply Chain Manager. Natalie's career began at Ahold Delhaize as a Graduate Trainee and included a role as Finance and IT Project Manager at CEB. Educational qualifications consist of two MBA degrees from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a BS in Finance and Economics from Georgetown University.
