Roger YE is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Vice President at Valeo PTR China since May 2020, Roger previously held the position of Senior General Manager for Thermal Climate Control at Valeo from May 2018 to May 2020. Roger's prior roles at Valeo included Site General Manager for CDA Guangzhou and Deputy General Manager of Transmissions in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. Roger's career also includes key positions at Meridian Lightweight Technologies Inc. as Engineering Manager and at Aquila as Director of Operations, as well as a successful tenure at Modern Metal & Refining Ltd. as Production Engineering Manager. Roger holds an MBA from Southeast University and has furthered studies in Business Management at INSEAD and Six Sigma at SBTI, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing from Wuhan Technology University of Surveying and Mapping.
