Manikandan Ramalingam is a seasoned professional in software development and project management with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a SW Team/Group Manager at Valeo since December 2019, Manikandan leads a group of 40 members focused on the development of IBSG and Inverter products, overseeing project operations, strategies, and performance. Previously, Manikandan held managerial and technical roles at Continental, Robert Bosch Engineering, and Larsen & Tubro, contributing to electronics braking systems, AUTOSAR modules integration, and cluster software for luxury vehicles. Manikandan's educational background includes a Master's degree in Software Systems from Birla Institute of Technology & Science and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Thiagarajar College of Engineering.
