Karthikeyan Sridhar currently serves as a Senior Lead Simulation Engineer at Valeo, where responsibilities include conducting static, dynamic, and durability simulations for Emachine mechanical and electronic parts, alongside design optimization efforts. Prior experience includes a position as a Product Design and Development Engineer at IGARASHI MOTORS INDIA LIMITED, focusing on the complete product development cycle of Micro DC motors and automotive applications, which involved extensive testing and simulation tasks. Karthikeyan holds a Master of Technology in Engineering Design from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from K.S.Rangasamy College of Technology.
