Deo Kumar Prasad is a seasoned technology professional with over 17 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Lead at Valeo since August 2021, Deo Kumar Prasad has previously held significant roles at Samsung Research India, where expertise in Artificial Intelligence, product management for the Samsung Flip on the Tizen platform, and development of multimedia frameworks was demonstrated. Past positions include Senior Technical Associate at Tech Mahindra focusing on home networking for Cisco set-top boxes, and Senior Software Engineer at SmartPlay Technologies working on multimedia frameworks and streaming protocols. Deo Kumar Prasad holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from West Bengal University of Technology, obtained in 2006.
