Cooper Johnson is the Benefits Practice Leader at Valent Group, a company that provides risk consulting and insurance services. Prior to this, Cooper served as the Senior Vice President at SS Nesbitt & Co, where Cooper developed and implemented Employee Benefit Programs for commercial clients. Cooper holds a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and completed their undergraduate degree at The University of Alabama.
