Mark Ramirez is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and audit services. Currently serving as the Chief Accountant at Valens Research since August 2017, Mark is responsible for financial reporting and month-end accounting activities, including reconciliations and journal entries. Prior to this role, Mark spent nearly seven years at Crowe Horwath Philippines, advancing to Audit Manager, where leadership of audit teams and client engagement were key responsibilities. Mark's early career includes roles as a Senior Auditor and Audit Associate, contributing to efficient audit processes. Mark holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and completed earlier education at Immaculate Concepcion College in Batangas.
