Arvind Kumar Tiwari is an experienced professional in factory operations and management with a strong background in leading global operations. Currently serving as Country Head and Group Processing Head at Valency International Pte Ltd. since February 2019, Arvind oversees all factory projects and operations worldwide, with significant activities in Nigeria, Vietnam, and India, successfully completing expansion plans in Nigeria and India. Prior to this role, Arvind held positions at Olam as Factory Manager, focusing on operations and logistics, and at HJ Heinz and Cadbury India Ltd. in various production roles. Arvind holds a BTech in Chemical Technology from HBTI Kanpur, which was completed in 2010.
