Etay Bogner is the current advisor at Valence Security. Etay has over 20 years of experience in the industry, holding various positions such as founder, CEO, and CTO.

Etay Bogner founded Meta Networks in November 2016 and served as the company's CEO until it was acquired by Proofpoint in May 2019. Prior to that, they were the founder and CTO of Neocleus, which was acquired by Intel in 2010. Etay also founded SofaWare in 1999, which was acquired by Check Point in 2005.

Etay Bogner began their career as a programmer at Scitex in 1990 and held that position until 1994. Etay then became a team leader at BackWeb in 1996 and held that position until 1999 when they founded SofaWare. After SofaWare was acquired by Check Point, they became a strategist at Intel Corporation in 2010 and held that position until 2012. In October 2012, they founded Stratoscale and served as the company's CTO until it was acquired by Proofpoint in 2015.
