Cale Haas is a Petroleum Engineer with extensive experience in oil and gas operations management. Since January 2018, Cale has served as a Drilling/Operations Engineer at Valence Operating Company, overseeing all drilling operations. Prior experience includes roles as an RSS Operator and Directional Driller at Gyrodata, where responsibilities involved guiding directional wells and interpreting survey data. Cale has also worked as a Measurement While Drilling (MWD) Field Engineer, demonstrating proficiency in drilling operations and data analysis. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines and an MBA in Project Management from New England College.
