Joe Mackenzie has over three decades of experience in various roles within the mining industry, primarily focusing on diamond drilling, raise boring, and mine decommissioning. Since September 2006, Joe has served as the Superintendent of the Frood Stobie Complex for Vale, overseeing its decommissioning and reclamation following the mine's closure in 2017. Prior to this role, Joe held multiple superintendent positions at Vale and INCO Ltd, managing underground construction and production services. Joe's earlier career includes significant positions at Breakwater Resources, REDPATH MINING, and DMC Mining Services, where responsibilities ranged from drilling and supervision to development mining.
