Fabricio Viegas de Morais has over two decades of experience in the mining industry, having joined Vale in April 2002 and currently serving as Gerente Operação de Mina. Previous roles at Vale include COORD CONTR PROC OPER MINERAÇÃO, Supervisor Controle Operacional e Barragens, and Supervisor de Controle Operacional de Mina, among others, emphasizing operational control and dredging at tailings dams. Fabricio also worked as Encarregado Produção at MPC Transporte Terraplanagem earlier in 2002 and gained foundational experience as an Estagiário at Vale from 1999 to 2000. Fabricio's educational background includes recent specializations in Geotechnical Engineering and Mining Engineering, along with qualifications in Business Management and Production Engineering.
